Automatic Generator Load Sharing Boards
Operating Method:
The synchronizing panel operates on an automatic mains failure system. When the main utility supply is interrupted on one or more phases (or drops under/over acceptable voltage/frequency boundaries), the generator will receive an automatic start trigger.
After the initial engine warmup period, generators are synchronized with each other by adjusting engine speed and phase angles automatically, then closed onto the common busbar via motorized circuit breakers.
The load management system continuously monitors the system demand and equally shares the load between active sets. During low load demands, the system automatically shuts down redundant generators to optimize fuel usage.
When utility mains return, the system monitors grid stability. Once stable, it syncs the busbar with utility mains, smoothly transfers the load, opens the generator breakers, runs a cool-down cycle, and shuts down the engines.
